Send your clients a calculator with your name on it
Real estate agents can send a home-buying calculator to clients with the agent's name and contact details on it, beside loan information from Sinjo Thomas at C2 Financial Corporation.*
1. Sign in or sign up
Early access is open to licensed Texas real estate agents and is free while we build it. Other states are coming later. Sign in with Google, add your Texas license number, and we check your license. Once you are approved, you can sign in any time and make links for as many clients as you like.
We use your Google account only to confirm who you are. We do not post anything or see your password.

We want this to be useful to you. Tell us what to fix or add. Your note comes to Sinjo Thomas, not to your clients.
Turn off my links
You can opt out any time. Your name, photo and contact details stop showing right away, on every link and on your digital card. Calculator links you already sent still open, without your details.
What your client sees
- Two boxes at the top: Shared with you by with your name and contact details, and Loan information from with Sinjo Thomas's name, title, NMLS numbers and contact details. The same licensing and disclosure information appears at the bottom of every page.
- A note that the agent is not employed by or acting for C2 Financial Corporation, and that your client is free to choose any lender.
- A link to your digital business card: your photo, contact details, a QR code and a Save contact button.
- The calculator with the numbers you set. Nothing your client types is sent anywhere.
Good to know
- Early access is free while we build it and does not depend on sending any loan business. Your client can use any lender.
- We show only the name, photo, brokerage, phone and email you give us, and we keep your license number in our records. Ask us any time and we will remove your details and turn your links off.
- The numbers in the calculators are estimates, not a loan offer, a rate quote or a commitment to lend. When you send the link, please do not tell your client what rate or approval to expect. Those come from a lender after a review.
- Sinjo Thomas is licensed in Texas only for now. Clients outside Texas can still use the calculators.
